Jess is our head of content delivery; with her PCET PGCE qualification, and years of experience supporting neurodivergent learners, she delivers Spectrum Wide’s trainer-lead sessions with confidence and passion. After spotting similarities between herself and the autistic students she worked with, Jess referred herself for an autism assessment and was formally diagnosed as autistic at the age of 25. She also has experience in creating social media content, writing blog posts on topics around accessibility.
Emily spent years running her own social media management business before becoming operations manager for a digital accessibility company. Her skillset is vast, and includes operations and marketing. She was put on the autism assessment waiting list at 2, but was removed before receiving a diagnosis. She referred herself as an adult at the age of 25.
Abi is our head of consultancy and was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021 whilst she was a third year student studying at Oxford University; she has since recognised she is also autistic. Having written her dissertation in disability studies, she then worked as a program manager for a charity before moving into digital accessibilty. She has spent the last few years conducting accessiblity audits on websites and documents.
Our blog “The Wyrd Sisters” has been featured as an accessibility and autism specialist in numerous media outlets, such as Metro, Vimeo, Health News, and more.
