We are a consultancy based in South Wales offering training and support around neurodiversity and accessibility. Our small company is comprised entirely of neurodivergent people, who are passionate about using our real, lived experience to promote awareness and understanding of autism and other neurological conditions.

Training and Education

We offer numerous courses covering a range of topics under the umbrella of neurodiversity. Our training is available in various formats to suit whichever way you learn best.

Consultancy

We offer a range of consultancy support to help you develop a more inclusive workplace. This includes supporting implementing reasonable adjustments, assisting navigating Access to Work, and more.

Policy Development

We’re able to work with you to develop procedures and policies that are neuro-inclusive, and align with any legal requirements your company may be obliged to follow.
